# Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of https://www.webdesignagency.xyz and any services provided by Web Design Agency. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept them.

## Quotes & Payment

-   All quotes are fixed-scope and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
-   Projects typically begin after a mutually agreed advance payment; the schedule is confirmed in your proposal.
-   Prices are quoted in BDT unless agreed otherwise. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, platform subscriptions such as Shopify or Wix plans) are billed by those providers directly and are not included in our fees unless stated.

## Project Delivery

-   Timelines in proposals assume timely provision of content, feedback and approvals by the client.
-   Scope changes requested after approval may adjust price and timeline; we confirm any change in writing before doing the work.
-   Every build includes 30 days of free post-launch support covering defects and launch issues.

## Ownership

On full payment, you own your website: domain, hosting account, content and the code or configuration we produced for your project. For custom development, all project-specific source code and intellectual property transfer to you.

## Client Responsibilities

You confirm that content and materials you provide (text, images, logos) do not infringe third-party rights, and that your use of the website complies with applicable law.

## Liability

We build carefully, but no website can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free — especially where third-party platforms, hosting or plugins are involved. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
